We do not offer refunds. On all orders we do offer exchanges. You have 7 days to be able to exchange your items. All items must be unworn and still have tags attached. The return postage fee will not be covered by Dulcie-Mai Boutique. We do recommend you send the item recorded delivery as we do not take responsibility for your item being lost.
