All TikTok returns need to be processed via the TikTok app.
We do not offer refunds but we do offer exchange within 7 days. All items must be returned in the same condition you received them in they should be unworn and still have tags attached. Please be extra careful as we can’t accept any returns with the items smelling of any perfume, washing powder, makeup smoke or fake tan.
We do not cover the return cost of the postage to us so you will need to cover this. We advise you to send it back to us using a tracked service as we are not responsible for any lost items.
As soon as we receive your return we will check all items to see they are in the original condition and then your exchange item will then be posted back to you.
All sale items are non-exchangeable.
